A new kaiten sushi place here sporting fancy touch screens for ordering beside the conveyor belt. The orders arrived on a Shinkansen-shaped mechanic tray sliding above the belt. Minimized need for interaction with the staff, but it doesn't necessarily make for a better experience. The sushi at Choice, our traditional kaiten place, is better too.
