Obviously the owner of the friendly neighbourhood parking cave is a big fan of The Saint. This new statuette contains the card reader that allows people to open the gates from the comfort of their new Audi. It used to be in the smashed yellow thing.

Made even more bizarre by the rope around it's neck (probably to keep it upright while the cement base sets).
